Our greatest asset is our people and Wicomico boasts a regional workforce that is second to none.

The labor market for the lower shore consists of Wicomico County and parts of Dorchester, Somerset, and Worcester counties in Maryland, and approximates 110,000 people. Including the surrounding counties of Accomack County, Virginia and Sussex County, Delaware, the labor market exceeds 200,000 people.
