Air
Salisbury-Ocean City: Wicomico County Regional Airport is the second largest passenger-served airport in Maryland. The airport serves approximately 125,000 passengers annually through service provided by USAIRWAYS EXPRESS flight service is available to and from Philadelphia and Charlotte. On nearby Wallops Island, Virginia is the VIRGINIA SPACE FLIGHT CENTER for NASA. In addition, the airport is equipped with:

- control tower

- two runways of 5,000' and 6,400'

- FBO - Bayland Aviation

- two rental car agencies

- an AIR BUSINESS CENTER

- hangar space for personal and corporate aircraft

Rail  
Norfolk-Southern is the railway that passes through Salisbury, paralleling U.S. Route 13. Two freight trains operate daily through the Northwood and Fruitland Industrial Parks.
Water  
The Port of Salisbury, in Historic Downtown Salisbury, is the second largest port in Maryland. It has a 150' wide channel and 14' deep mean tide from the Bay to Salisbury. Over $200 million in goods are transported annually consisting of grain, petroleum, and building aggregates. Approximately 1.7 million tons of product ships on the Wicomico River with over 500 barge trips to deliver product. Highways  
Salisbury is situated at the intersection of U.S. Route 13 (N,S) and U.S. Route 50 (E,W). Served by numerous trucking companies, the overnight trucking area extends as far north as Boston, with similar distances to the west and south.
